Sabudana Vada Recipe:
Sabudana Vada Ingredients :
- 1 cup sabudana.
- 1 potato(boiled,peeled,mashed).
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts.
- 3 to 4 green chilies(finely chopped).
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger.
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil for deep frying.
- wash the sabudana and soak it in water for 2 hours or overnight depending on your sabudana type.
- You will know the sabudana is soaked properly when it mashes easily when you press the sabudana pearls between your fingers.
- Mix the sabudana with all the ingredients(mashed potato,cumin seeds,roasted peanuts,finely chopped green chilies,grated ginger,finely chopped coriander) and add salt to taste.
- divide the dough in patties size balls.
- Now heat oil for deep frying.
- fry the vadas till they turn golden brown.
- Serve the vadas with chutney.
