Fish Pakora Ingredients :
- 2 fish fillets.
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder.
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder.
- 1 teaspoon amchoor powder(Dry mango powder).
- 1 large onion paste.
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste.
- 1/2 cup gram flour(besan).
- 1 egg.
- salt to taste.
- Oil for cooking.

- Boil the fish fillets and let it cool,debone the fish.
- Mix the onion paste,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder with the deboned fish fillets and make two balls out of the mixture.
- Make a thick batter using gram flour and egg,you can add a little bit of water in it as well if the batter is too thick.Put a pinch of amchoor powder(Dry mango powder),cumin powder in the batter and mix well.
- Now dip the fish balls in the batter and deep fry.Serve with chutney.
