Egg Roll Ingredients :
- Egg ............................................. 2
- Cucumber ........................................... 1/2( finely sliced ).
- Onion ............................................. 1 (finely sliced).
- Carrot ............................................ 1/2( finely sliced ).
- salt ............................................ To Taste.
- Tomato Sauce ......................................... To Taste.
- Roti ............................................. 1
- Green chili ............................................. 2.
- Black pepper powder ................................ To taste.
Method :
- Beat the eggs + little salt + little black pepper powder until the mixture becomes fluffy
- Heat oil in a frying pan/tawa/kadhai and pour the egg mixture .
- Spread the egg mixture out to form a roti size omelette .
- Before the egg mixture sets put a roti on top of it and press gently.
- Flip the egg + roti once the egg mixture is cooked,add a little more oil if needed.
- Once this side is also cooked remove it from the pan and keep aside.
- slice the vegetables(cucumber,onion,carrot,green chili).
- Spread tomato sauce on the egg side of the roti and put the sliced vegetables in the center ,you can also add little black pepper powder if you want your roll spicy.
- Roll up the roti and wrap it in a lunch paper and it is ready to eat.
