Aloo Hara payaz(Payaz kali) bhaji(Potato Spring onion fry) Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes,peeled and cut in long pieces.
- 1 bunch of spring onion,chopped.
- salt to taste.
- oil for frying.
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
Aloo Hara payaz(Payaz kali) bhaji(Potato Spring onion fry) Method:
- Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
- Cut and wash the potatoes,spring onions and keep aside.
- When the cumin seeds start to crackle,add the potatoes in the pan and fry till they become golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder and salt ,mix well.Stir fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped spring onions and fry till the spring onions are done.
