Fried Rice Recipe(Indian Style):
Fried Rice Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice.
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic.
- 1 cup chopped vegetables(carrot,peas,capsicum,spring onions).
- 2 teaspoon pepper powder.
- salt.
- oil.
Fried Rice Cooking Method:
- Wash the rice and boil ,keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped green chilies and crushed garlic till they become golden brown.
- Now add the chopped vegetables(carrot,peas,capsicum,spring onions) and stir fry them for 2 minutes.Also add the pepper powder and mix well.
- Add the cooked rice and stir fry till it gets mixed with the other ingredients.
