Fried Rice Recipe(Indian Style):
Fried Rice Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice.
2 green chilies chopped
1 teaspoon crushed garlic.
1 cup chopped vegetables(carrot,peas,capsicum,spring onions).
2 teaspoon pepper powder.
salt.
oil.
Fried Rice Cooking Method:
Wash the rice and boil ,keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped green chilies and crushed garlic till they become golden brown.
Now add the chopped vegetables(carrot,peas,capsicum,spring onions) and stir fry them for 2 minutes.Also add the pepper powder and mix well.
Add the cooked rice and stir fry till it gets mixed with the other ingredients.
