Lentils fritters Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup urad dal soaked for 2 hours.
- 1/2 cup masoor dal soaked for 2 hours.
- 1 onion chopped.
- 2 green chilies chopped.
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil for deep frying.
Lentils fritters Cooking Method :
- Blend the urad dal,masoor dal(lentils) into a semi dry coarse mixture.Add the chopped green chilies,onion,turmeric powder,salt to taste.Mix well with the lentils mixture.
- Heat oil and deep fry the vadas till they turn golden brown,serve hot with chutneys.
