Cauliflower pakora(Gobi pakora) Ingredients:
- Cauliflower boiled and cut in pieces.
- 1 cup Corn flour or gram flour.
- Pinch of amchoor powder.
- Breadcrumbs.
- 1 teaspoon sugar.
- salt.
- oil.

Cauliflower pakora(Gobi pakora) Cooking Method:
- Rub salt to the boiled pieces of cauliflower and keep aside.
- Make a thick batter using the corn flour,sugar,salt and amchoor powder.
- Heat oil for deep frying in a pan .
- Dip the cauliflower pieces in the batter and coat it with the breadcrumbs,Deep fry till they turn golden brown.
- The pakodas are ready,serve hot with dipping sauce.
