Fried Rice Recipe(Indian Style):

Fried Rice Ingredients:

  • 1 cup basmati rice.
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic.
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables(carrot,peas,capsicum,spring onions).
  • 2 teaspoon pepper powder.
  • salt.
  • oil.

Fried Rice Cooking Method:

  1. Wash the rice and boil ,keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped green chilies and crushed garlic till they become golden brown.
  3. Now add the chopped vegetables(carrot,peas,capsicum,spring onions) and stir fry them for 2 minutes.Also add the pepper powder and mix well.
  4. Add the cooked rice and stir fry till it gets mixed with the other ingredients.
