lentils fritters Recipe:

Lentils fritters Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup urad dal soaked for 2 hours.
  • 1/2 cup masoor dal soaked for 2 hours.
  • 1 onion chopped.
  • 2 green chilies chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil for deep frying. 

Lentils fritters Cooking Method :

  1. Blend the urad dal,masoor dal(lentils) into a semi dry coarse mixture.Add the chopped green chilies,onion,turmeric powder,salt to taste.Mix well with the lentils mixture.
  2. Heat oil and deep fry the vadas till they turn golden brown,serve hot with chutneys.
