Fish Pakora Recipe



Fish Pakora Recipe:


Fish Pakora Ingredients :




  • 2 fish fillets.
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder.
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder.
  • 1 teaspoon amchoor powder(Dry mango powder).
  • 1 large onion paste.
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste.
  • 1/2 cup gram flour(besan).
  • 1 egg.
  • salt to taste.
  • Oil for cooking.

  1. Boil the fish fillets and let it cool,debone the fish.
  2. Mix the onion paste,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder with the deboned fish fillets and make two balls out of the mixture.
  3. Make a thick batter using gram flour and egg,you can add a little bit of water in it as well if the batter is too thick.Put a pinch of amchoor powder(Dry mango powder),cumin powder in the batter and mix well.
  4. Now dip the fish balls in the batter and deep fry.Serve with chutney.
